On December 1, 2020, MJV-Sähkö changed its name to MJV Automation Ltd.
The old name remains as an auxiliary company name. The name change was made purely for reasons related to informativeness, communications, and image.
We stopped using the word ‘Sähkö’ (electricity) in our name because it no longer describes the company’s primary business area, operations, or expertise accurately.
‘Automation’ is an internationally used word to describe the activities that our company carries out today.
International operations require a company name that clearly conveys who we are and what we do.
The name change does not otherwise influence our operations, personnel, or addresses. We request that our collaboration partners take our name change into account.
